There may be variations in appearance and colors especially in the perishable goods like flowers, cakes and chocolates and Sweets. The customer agrees to the variations and understands the nature of the variations and allows Kerala Gift Corner to deliver a product which is similar to the product picture exhibited on the web-site. If the flowers specified in the arrangements are not available, suitable alternatives will be used. Flowers specified in the arrangements shown may differ as per the seasonal availability.

Payments:

Charges displayed on the site are inclusive of cost of the product, delivery charges, service fee for charging credit cards and facilitation fee. We accept all International & Indian Master and Visa Cards.

Accuracy of information and intent of making payment:

The customer promises that the information provided to Kerala Gift Corner will be true, current, correct and accurate including credit card numbers and addresses.

Keralagiftcorner.com is not responsible for any kind of mishandling of credit card information given to PayPal, our authorized online retailer, for the orders placed. Please take care that your card is not used in an unauthorized manner. We shall not be responsible for your card being charged in this manner. However if your card has been used without authorization, you should advise us the moment you receive the E-mail confirmation of the order which was placed.

Brands & Trade marks:

Kerala Gift Corner is an online store that sells products and gifts and a facilitator for delivery of goods. We do not claim any right or representation of any of the brands in the case of branded products. All brands belong to the respective owners. Kerala Gift Corner does not have any exclusive selling or distribution rights. All brands are displayed in the catalogue to add variety to the content and allow the customer a wider choice in selection of products. In case of branded products, each manufacturer holds the sole responsibility for the quality and performance of its respective branded products.

Indemnification:

The customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold Kerala Gift Corner and its affiliates harmless from any and all liabilities, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, related to any violation of this Agreement by the customers.

Kerala Gift Corner may modify this Agreement from time to time by changing the above terms and condition. The terms and conditions applicable to the customer will be the ones that were prevailing on the day and time you placed your orders.

Other Conditions:

We do not change or cancel an order after shipping.

All prices are in U.S. Dollars and the gifts are delivered only in Kerala.

Perishable Products like Flowers, Cakes, Chocolates, Dry Fruits, Fruits, etc - Delivery schedule varies between same day delivery to delivery within three business days depending on the destination city or town. However, in all metropolitan cities we deliver on the same day, and within two-three business days in all other places. Normally all deliveries take place between 9 AM to 6 PM. we will try our level best and deliver as per your instructions.

Non Perishable Products like Vouchers, Perfumes, Watches, etc are couriered from our head office directly to the recipient. Please allow 4 to 6 days shipping time for the same.

Incase we are unable to deliver product to any particular district, then district will be disappear from pull down menu under billing area.

We are not responsible for delivery to the wrong address if that is the address given by the customer.

We are not responsible for late deliveries incase the recipient is not at home.

We do not guarantee freshness of the goods delivered if the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery.

We do not deliver on Sundays, Holidays and unexpected strikes like Hartals.

In case of strikes and Hartals, the delivery time can go to more than 4 days depending on the number of Hartals.
