How do I place an order?
Just browse through the online store, choose the item of your choice, click on 'Add to Shopping Cart', login to your account, enter the shipping information, payment options and successfully complete the ordering process.

them too. To remove an item, click on the "Remove" button.
How do I check the current status of my orders?
Through a link on the homepage or My Account you will be able to track your order by giving your Order No. It will give you all the information related to your order. You can view the details of all the orders you've placed with Kerala Online Shopping till date. Just click on Order History in My Account section and see the details against the order numbers of your earlier purchases. If you have any further inquiries against the current status of the order you have placed, please send us a feedback.

How do I change my preferences for method of payment?
Sorry, it is not possible to change your payment options after your order has been placed.
Can I cancel an order after it is submitted?
Yes, we do accept cancellations of order but it should be done within 48 hours. Once shipping is done, we do not allow cancel the orders.
Can I return the defective or damaged goods?
Yes you can! You can return the defective or damaged goods bought from us for a replacement of the same product. All you have to do is to inform us and return us back the defective or damaged item without using it.
What are your shipping charges?
Shipping charges are all inclusive on all products. This means that we will deliver your gift at the given location without any other hidden cost.
Do you deliver to locations outside India?
Currently, we ship only in Kerala state, India
